516 Recovery Center is available 24/7 for medical detox admissions with same-day intake capability. When you call, you’ll speak with our admissions team, who will coordinate your immediate assessment. On day one, you’ll meet with a licensed therapist, psychiatrist, and case manager. Unlike the industry standard of 72+ hours, our psychiatrist sees clients within 2 hours of admission. Most clients requiring medical detox can begin their medically supervised detoxification within hours of their initial contact, depending on bed availability and medical assessment.

Your intake assessment is conducted by a collaborative team, including a licensed therapist, psychiatrist, and case manager, who work together on your first day. This comprehensive approach enables us to understand your unique medical needs, substance use history, and withdrawal risk from multiple clinical perspectives. We’ll discuss your substance use patterns, assess your current withdrawal symptoms, and determine the appropriate medical protocols for your detoxification. For medical detox clients, we’ll also conduct a comprehensive medical screening, including vital signs, a medical history review, and an assessment for any co-occurring conditions. The assessment is confidential and non-judgmental.

Absolutely. We welcome and encourage family involvement throughout the treatment process. When family members call, they can learn about our medical detox services, levels of care, insurance verification process, and what to expect during detoxification and treatment. We offer family programming on a case-by-case basis, including family therapy sessions, case manager coordination, and involvement in treatment planning.
