Clinical Excellence Standards
What Makes Our Team Different
Every client receives a same-day assessment by three key team members: a licensed therapist, a psychiatrist, and a case manager.
While most treatment centers take 72+ hours to complete a psychiatric evaluation, our team sees you within 2 hours of admission. This immediate, comprehensive approach ensures you receive appropriate care from day one.
Our Team Maintains
- Active California state licensure and certifications
- Ongoing continuing education and specialized training
- Expertise in dual diagnosis and co-occurring disorders
- Trauma-informed care specialization (all clients present with trauma components)
- Crisis intervention and 24/7 emergency response capabilities
- Medical detoxification protocols and supervision
- Pharmacogenomic testing interpretation (GeneSight)
- Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) competency
Primary Treatment Team
Licensed Therapists and Clinical Staff
Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Therapists, and Counselors
Our licensed clinical team maintains the exceptional 1:8 clinician-to-client ratio that allows for deeply personalized care. Every therapist on our team specializes in trauma-informed treatment, as we recognize that all our clients present with trauma components requiring integrated care.
Our Licensed Clinical Team Includes:
- Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) providing individual and group therapy
- Licensed Professional Counselors specializing in addiction and mental health
- Trauma-focused therapists trained in evidence-based trauma treatment
- Group therapy facilitators leading daily comprehensive programming
- Case managers coordinating all aspects of client care
Treatment Approach
Our clinical team provides weekly individual therapy sessions combined with daily group programming. Every therapist is trained in dual diagnosis treatment, supporting both our Substance Use Disorder (SUD) primary track and Mental Health primary track.
We currently serve five clients with no substance use history, demonstrating our team's versatility in addressing pure mental health treatment needs.

Board-Certified Psychiatrists and Medical Professionals
Medical and Psychiatric Care Team
Our psychiatric team provides industry-leading response time: clients are seen by a board-certified psychiatrist within 2 hours of admission, compared to the 72+ hour industry standard. This immediate psychiatric evaluation ensures proper diagnosis, medication initiation or adjustment, and crisis stabilization from the moment you arrive.
Psychiatric Services Include:
- Same-day psychiatric evaluation within 2 hours of admission
- GeneSight pharmacogenomic testing for medication optimization
- Comprehensive medical panel including STD screening, blood work, and iron deficiency assessment
- Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) support with evidence-based medications
- Flexible medication approach, including Ativan, for mental health track clients as clinically appropriate
- Ongoing medication management throughout treatment and aftercare
- Post-discharge continuity with many clients maintaining prescriber relationships
Not 100% Abstinence Model
Our psychiatric team embraces evidence-based Medication-Assisted Treatment and appropriate psychiatric medications.
We recognize that some clients benefit from ongoing medication support for mental health stability, and we don't impose rigid abstinence requirements that contradict medical best practices.
Your Care Coordination Team
Case Management and Care Coordination

This integrated oversight ensures continuity between residential treatment and housing environments.

Combined with our executive chef, who prepares custom fresh juices daily, we address the physical foundation of recovery through optimized nutrition.
